• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details)
• Optional reviews and ratings you submit

Your information is used to:

• Generate your personalized speech drafts
• Process your payment
• Deliver your speech to your email
• Improve our service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your speech content and personal stories are never shared with third parties. We use the following service providers:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Supabase — Secure data storage
• Groq / OpenAI — AI speech generation (your data is processed but not stored by AI providers)
• Vercel — Website hosting

4. AI Processing

Your questionnaire responses are sent to AI language models to generate your speeches. This data is processed in real-time and is not used to train AI models. AI providers may temporarily process your data but do not retain it.

5. Data Retention

We retain your speech data for as long as you need access to your results. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us at admin@goventrix.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure payment processing (Stripe PCI compliance), and access-controlled database storage.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save your questionnaire progress and email for convenience. No tracking cookies are used. No third-party analytics are currently in place.
